icon anti-gravity hill ?

I was reading at a site about places on the earth where gravity seams to run backwards.Theres a place like that here close to where I live in Huntsville Alabama.People call it ghost hill. I've had the advantage of being both on the hill and seeing someone else on the hill.It is very strange, not in the paranormal sense, just makes you shake your head and wonder.I'll try to descibe what it appears to be.Your at this stop sign, you appear to be facing
down hill yet you put your car in neuteral
and you'll roll backwards uphill.I've done this myself at least three or four times.I've also been on the highway this spot intersects with, and with or without a car waiting there you can clearly see a hill pointing downward, I didn't beleive it till I tried it, even then I've went back a couple times just to try and figure this out but I can't, noone can. to the eye there is a hill but things don't roll down this hill they roll up!The next time I go to Huntsville, I'm carrying my level, getting out of the car and see what it reads when I set it down.I had a guy tell me once he did this and the level actually read that the ground was level,I
do not beleive this though, that would put it just way too weird. sirchin

This is the way I remember going if you want I'm sure you can ask someone at a station or something they may can tell you a better way. When leaving the shop where I was coming from you go down highway 72 east, which when you get into Huntsville is called University Drive. When you come to Memorial Parkway, turn north which would be to your left. Go about 3 or 4 blocks (I'm not sure about how many)but you turn back east, on Woodward Ave. which will be to your
right. If I remember correctly it will carry you straight to a stop sign where you will be looking at another 4 lane highway. When you get to this intersection thats it youre on ghost hill.Notice that you are on a hill
seemingly pointing down, put you foot on your brake and put your car in neutral.you will roll backwards, not fast, but you will roll backwards so make sure noones behind you! This will blow logic out the window for a while, some say its an opptical illusion it just appears you should roll down hill,
but if you want other proof of how the hill looks, turn north on that highway in front of you, then turn back south across a median so you can see the hill from a different place than just being on it.It still looks like a hill pointing downwards! Its very cool! Just please be careful and don't get to caught up in it so you don't watch traffic!! I almost had caused a wreck coming down the other highway trying to see it from another angle.Carry someone else with you to help you watch for traffic. And make sure your in the right place!I don't want you rolling into traffic! sirchin

P.S. I'm going to put Huntsville Al. in my search engine and see if theres anything about ghost hill there.May get better directions too! later
